There is an errata page on the wiki, however I doubt there is anyone looking at this and fixing the bugs.
The bottom line is if you discover a bug, and it anoys you, fix it (you have the source). If you are feeling friendly submit a patch. Sorry if this seems harsh, but there is no support team behind Plan9. I am sure we would all be delighted if somone was willing to spend their time doing arbitary plan9 bug fixes, but I don't know of such a person. -Steve
