[9fans] Problem installing

I have been attempting to in stall Plan 9 on a virtual machine(VirtualBox) 
and cannot find the distribution on the ISO file.  I tried all the 
alternatives that are suggested and the folder "dist" but nothing seems to 
be working.  Could anyone help?
