abaco gets it right on accident. webfs isn't capable of dealing with the http charset so it's simply ignored. this causes a number of pages to be misinterpreted. regardless of what one thinks of the standard, the header charset takes precidence! see http://www.webstandards.org/learn/articles/askw3c/dec2002/ it sucks, but it's better to follow standards than to invent one's own. - erik
