[9fans] Mouse chording in Microsoft Windows

Hi 9fans,

Is anyone aware of a way to use mouse chording (Mb1-2 to cut, for example) in 
Microsoft windows programs?

Just having this ability in firefox would be sufficient however it would be 
great if you could do it in every program.
