I’ve never understood why the emulation effort picked linux, though. It seems like the worst possible thing to be emulating, and I don’t imagine the software support for the sort of things we’re talking about (for many, it’s pretty much just a browser) is all that different between Linux and, say, FreeBSD. Are there a bunch of linux-only apps people would like to have?
