I think this might work.

- start a plumber for man pages and start acme; plumber sets
'plumbsrv' env  to be the service file name in '/srv'
- mount that $plumbsrv somewhere like /mnt/plumb.man/
- change your /rc/bin/man and use the '-p' flag in the plumb command
to send its output to /mnt/plumb.man/send
