Introduction to Compiler Construction With Unix (ISBN: 0134743962)
This, and lots of other out-of-print documentation can be found through abebooks.com. They show three copies of the above book, starting at USD$34.95 (I just bought the $30 copy :-)
I've used them in the past to track down the (original) Awk book, volume 2 of _Document Formatting and Typesetting on the UNIX System_, the dragon book, etc. In over half a dozen orders placed through them I've never had a problem.
