It appears (using plan9port acme) that the acme dump file(s) don't contain the
contents of the column and top-level display tags. Is this intentional, or an
oversight?
It seems to me that if I put some commonly used commands (e.g. |indent
|outdent) in one of these tags, it would convenient if when I execute Dump and
later Load, those commands were restored in these tags.
Would there be any objections if I try to add this functionality?
Any suggestions for how to add it without breaking existing dump files?
