I agree, Google is a good search engine for nearly any site. I usually use it in preference to the provided search engines. I have a gripe about the Plan 9 wiki on Google, though: It often turns up diff and history pages. They should have meta tags in the header to preven it:

<meta name="robots" content="noindex,nofollow">
