it's simple. Do you help support it? Do you contribute money to keep it going? Do you send them hardware to help them in some way? People have every right to complain when they pay for something and don't get it. They have no right to complain when something which is free is not there when they want it. It's a lot of work to maintain the site, the networks, and the machines that go with it. No one is paid to do it -- it is done as a service to us. Rather than complain when it is not there, we should thank those who make it work when it is there. So, yes, you might politely *ask* why the site is down, or if anyone has any information. But to *complain* about it is to step over the line. thanks ron
