Subject Norton email error. Steven Boldt
I have windows XP home. I have Norton AntiVirus 2005. When I restart my
computer this message pops up.
"Symantec Email Proxy.
Symantec Email Proxy cannot scan your email messages because your network is
not properly configured". It has a support site under that but they cannot
help. When I go to Norton AntiVirus it says email scanning is on. I'm using
outlook express to read emails. I do not have a network. Does anyone know why
that message would pop up if when I go to Norton and it says email scanning is
on? I uninstalled Norton when it was going on. Then I reinstalled it and it
is still happing. How can I fix this? Does this message popup mean I'm not
safe from email viruses? Please help.
