If you are using Firefox, this seems to be a current issue.  Go here:
http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/adobe-flash-plugin-has-crashed?redirectlocale=en-US&redirectslug=The+Adobe+Flash+plugin+has+crashed
It will tell you how to be sure you have the latest versions of Flash 
plug-in and of Firefox.
I would try looking at the same website in a different browser (either 
IE or Firefox) to see if the problem is related to the particular 
browser.  If it happens in both browsers then you've got a program 
running in the background that is interfering with Flash. So take a look 
at your Startup apps and disable any you don't need.
