Be careful EBay users opening up your mail : This has got to be another new
bad-guy carrier (not 'ransom-ware'). The attachment is a .zip file. The tip-off
for me is that it arived in one of my e-mail accounts that is NOT associated
with EBay or PayPal. (Ebay and PayPal mail both come to a different mail
account).
The Subject line says "You fell into arrears #id1825 "
The sender is " Ebay <[email protected]> "
The body reads " We notified you several times about your debt to Bill Me
Later. In the event that you fail to voluntary satisfy our requirements for
payment of your debts to Bill Me Later, we will have to turn to the court with
the purpose of enforced collection of the debt ...." (etc, etc)... "... balance
of $349..." etc.

I have never bought anything on Ebay using "Bill Me Later."
Caution for Ebay and PayPal users -- be very careful with your mail.
If you get something like this, look it over first before clicking on that .zip
file attachment, and do your Ebay and PayPal business directly on their
websites. mike in fla
