If you had *perfect foreknowledge* of its actions. If you knew that
having sex with this woman on this day would result in a baby who
would grow up to kill, and that you wouldn't be able to successfully
teach it not to kill, and you go ahead and have the baby, then you
would have some responsibility for the eventual murder.

Theoretically the baby still has responsibility for the murder. I
guess you could say every person who makes a choice knowing that they
will lead to bad consequences (or for humans, knowing that they might
or probably will lead to bad consequences) has some responsibility
when those bad things happen.
