i dont get off bossing people around ... i have my own business, and the people coming in are part of a team ... the only time i would exercise authority if when an executive decision is required ... or if someone is being a jerk and pushing others around ... i have just done this actually, after numerous complaints from others in the company, and customers ...
tg does merit special attention however ... but instead of bossing her around, absence of her presence would be highly preferred ... been on a sabbatical have you?
