Agreed,  Most of my clients are either really really young or really really 
old.  I know that the kids will eventually get to a point where they browse 
dialog boxes and read help files and listen for short keys and all those 
wonderful things.  Unless I fail at my job that is which hopefully will not 
happen.  But for older people who don't care about the mechanics of how 
operating systems work and just want a quick and easy step by step approach to 
place marking, they would be intimidated by the process as it is.
