Yup, same problem and I did report it during the beta, running Win7 64bit. 
Since it is in many cases faster to read a explorer window with the mouse from 
top to down, this is really a very annoying bug.

Aaron, any chance of success to write a app that the mouse pointer skips the 
search edit field?
