Hi all.
I read that it will work providing both clients are using XP, but not if
one of them is using Vista/7. I can't even get mine to work; I get the
following error message when attempting to send the request:
"Error 4000 sending assistance request to GWMicro Processing Centre."
Followed by an ok button.
