You correctly have Muse down as doing ABC to MIDI
Muse will also do MIDI to ABC
Muse will also do ABC to TAB
Muse will sort of do tab to ABC - but the tab had better be stored in Muse
format.
It will do ABC to PS by defining a non-existent printer as reported in the
list recently.
I'm not sure what "utility" means, but Muse will transpose ABC, change clef,
or change tuning (for tablature) - does that count?
Muse will also (obviously) do ABC to Muse and Muse to ABC.
