I must say that that example means nothing to me.

a What does it MEAN? Is it a 1st/2nd time "bar" with the section being
less than a bar? If so, where is the repeat barline?

b How do you expect it to be notated?

c Is such a notation "legal" and clear in meaning?

d How do you expect a playback to sound?
