After not finding a plugin for my browser to read abc files directly from the internet, I have taken the viewing engine I wrote for ABassC on the Palm and PockePC and ported it to HTML.
The result is at www.normanschmidt.net/abassc.php .
You have to copy/paste the ABC text and press a button; but I find it useful when, say your on a machine without BarFly or abcm2ps installed.
