Umm, technically you can't vote +1 on the release then. Votes are on release zips/tarballs, not on the state of the svn tree at any given time. If the last commit you made is needed to get the tests passing then James has to reroll the release with that commit, and then you can vote +1. -garrett (who hasn't had time to look at the release yet, and thus can't vote)
