If you're using the AbstractCollectionProvider code you'll want to now
extend AbstractEntityCollectionProvider. I just implemented some changes
which came out of the FeedServer discussion so now
AbstractCollectionProvider just handles some basic functionality for
you, but doesn't force you to go down the whole "backed by a specific
entity" route.
