When you have someone who, among other things: - eats other people's food - uses other people's bathroom stuff (shower gel, conditioner etc) - doesn't do ANY washing up and then complains at everyone else for not doing theirs - generally makes a mess in what ever room they happen to be in and makes absolutely no effort to clear up after herself - comes in drunk regularly and wakes the whole house up - has friends who think it's OK to phone at 3am - smokes in the kitchen when she's not allowed to (and has been told many many times and been threatened that an official complaint is put in against her doing so)
