Morning.....   Just thought you'd all like to know that it looks as though we've found a house in Hereford....We even both managed to pass the reference & credit checks which is rather a relief!   Can't give u lot the address yet - Royal Mail still haven't confirmed its postcode cos its brand new.  2 double bedrooms, bathroom, lounge, kitchen, "family room", ground floor toilet, garage and garden... walk into town and Sainsbury's, easy for both of us to get on the road to work and cos its Hereford won't break the bank either - seems perfect.  Just waiting for them to confirm what date we can complete and move in - hopefully before I start work in Worcester!   Xmas pressies must now be Ikea vouchers - or a dyson vacuum & washing machine for Jon :o)   Hope you've all had a good weekend & see you all soon   Love Katie & Jon x
