Really Really Fixed select-All - paste crash bug! There was a hardwired
array containing Smart Quote candidates! I changed it to 10000 for the
time being until a better fix is found.
I'm really happy to have found this because it meant that anyone doing a
large paste would get a crash.
Bill Carpenter should provide a nice elegent way of having an indefinite
number of smart quotes. Offending Lines are:
UT_uint32 _sqlist[10000], *sqlist = _sqlist; //FIXME Sevior says:
//This should not
