Would it be worth while adding a little meat to the message? I've seen
quite a few people asking if there is a way to "turn on" this feture.
Adding something ablong the lines of:
This portion of AbiWord is not yet compleate. If you would like to help
the project out, edit the dummy.c around line ###, or you can wait for one
of the developer to get to it. This function is done and working, we're
just waiting on the dialog.

Or something along those lines. This mite make things a little more
understandible to the gerneral user.
