Dom, was this accidentally left in or do you want to add it to the
platform specific CFLAGS?
Just for the record, the problem is not that CFLAGS is defined to
-O2 - the problem is that CFLAGS is defined in PSICONV_PLATFORM_DEFS and
the second definition clobbers it.
