PATCH: WordPerfect Importer

Well, it's not really a patch, because I lost the originals to diff against 
and didn't feel like checking out the tree to do a diff (I have a pretty slow 
connection). So the changes are in source form.

Changes: Now handles paragraph justification. Many updates for sanity/error 
checking. Code cleanup.
