Tinderbox update

Thanks to how easy Zach made everything with his new scripts, we have
achieved a long-standing goal of mine (and Paul's).  Tinderbox now
builds a complete distribution (in .tar.gz format) every cycle, and
these binaries are available for download at 

  http://www.abisource.com/~sam/hourly/

I'm still looking for more tinderbox hosts.
