Mandrake has a number of resources which can be helpful, including three
mailing lists for the user community:

The instructions to subscribe are at
http://www.linux-mandrake.com/en/flists.php3 (along with the location of
the archives). The instructions basically are to write to
[EMAIL PROTECTED] with, for example, "subscribe cooker" in the
body of the message.
Martin mentioned Blue Lizard. He apparently subscribes to at least
cooker (cooker is devoted to the process of "cooking" the next release
of mandrake.
