Yes, Martin already pointed me there, and it works -- on 10.20, and binary built on 10.20 does work on 11.x, I'd just like to get it build on 11.11, too. The problem there is apparently simply compiler incompatibility: neither HP's aCC nor GCC 3.x works. If I had GCC 2.95 on HPUX 11.11 it would probably build as easily as on 10.20.
