Hi Folks,
This commit enables abiword to import documents with broken
header/footer sections and RTF with header/footer's defined after the
section they apply to is imported.
It also enables import of first and facing header/footers.

fix broken header/footers in *.abw, rtf file. Import diffferent first and
facin\g header/footers from RTF.
