It's not quite finished, but it is usable and I recommend people use it
rather than the old autogen.sh
Basically, rather than writing configure.ac *and* configure.in for each
plugin, just write plugin.m4 instead. I'll get around to writing some
proper instructions later...
o next-gen plugin build system: parts 6-9
o add --ldflags to magickpp-config
o fix macro name
etc.
