Hmm... this is a problem. Perhaps our encoding engine isn't detecting your
locale properly and saving as ISO-8859-1. If you send the docs to me I'll
make sure that they get to the appropriate people (which includes myself).

I think that this is fixes for our next release, due out in a week or so.
Our QNX guy is working hard on fixing up all of the remaining QNX-specific
UI bugs.
