New document preferences

I'm running Abiword 0.7 on win98 and wonder if there is any way to set
the opening preferences. Specifically, I would like for Abiword to start
in a larger window, with a font size of 11pt, different margins, etc.

Is this possible right now? Is it something on the horizon?
