I'm using version 0.7.13 (debian unstable) at the moment, is this in
a later version? I tried to find a reference to at least headers in the
documentation, but I might have missed it.
Basically IMO a 'nice' letterhead option is a header with graphics and
some text (maybe side by side) that could appear only on the first page
of a document. Plus a possible footer than appears on every page.
