Okay, I had the problem with the truetype fonts, and I ended up fixing it by rpm -e'ing the package, and then installing it again. Well, I thought that I had it fixed. It turns out that whenever I boot, Abiword breaks. If I uninstall the rpm, and then install it again, everything is fine, at least until I boot again. I gave a quick look through the archives, and I dont think this has been mentioned, so does anyone have any ideas? I dont use abiword that much now, since I dont have any schoolwok to be doing, but I will be using it again come fall. I do dual boot, so I will have to reboot sometime... unless I get my cdburner working.. then i will never have another reason to use windows again... Anyway, its a pretty vanilla redhat 7.1, with the 7.14.2 rpm. any thoughts would be appreciated.
