I'm trying to write a letter. I like CG Omega. I despise Times New
Roman. It's ugly, cramped, and unpleasant to read. I've selected the
entire document and set the font to CG Omega, about four times.
Nevertheless, every time I hit enter to start a new paragraph, even if I
just put the insertion point in the middle of a word and hit enter,
AbiWord defiantly and relentlessly changes the font back to that
never-to-be-sufficiently-damned Times New Roman.
What's AbiWord smoking? This is driving me nuts.
I'll say it again: Abiword *NEEDS* a "default font" preference. Badly.
Whether it's implemented as a drop-down list in the preferences dialog
somewhere, or specified in a default template that's always automatically
loaded. Just so long as it's *there* and I can drive a stake into the
evil undead heart of Times New Roman.
