Can someone please explain this?
I downloaded abiword-gtk-0.9.2-1.i386.rpm and tried to install it on my
Redhat Linux 7.1 system logged on as the superuser.
I got this error:
[root@localhost abiword]# rpm -Uvh abiword-gtk-0.9.2-1.i386.rpm
Preparing... ########################################### [100%]
package abiword-0.7.13-2 (which is newer than abiword-0.9.2-1) is already
installed
[root@localhost abiword]#
Can someone please explain to me how on earth version 0.7.13-2 could be newer
than version 0.9.2-1?
That doesn't make sense. What am I doing wrong?
