You didn't mention the version number -- that figures :-) If this is something recent, you might want to search Bugzilla and either add an example file to an existing bug (I recall some reports that had to do with printing problems) or post a new report. If you have an old version, you might want to either wait for 0.99.1 for win98 or to use a CVS build and see if the problem persists.
