I tried to install abiword 0.99.2 and got this result:
linux:/home/dennis # rpm -U abiword-gnome-0.99.2-1.i386.rpm
error: failed dependencies:
libgal.so.7 is needed by abiword-0.99.2-1
I have libgal.so.18.0 and libgal.so.19.0 in my /opt/gnome/lib
Am I confused, or aren't these libgal.* versions "higher" than
libgal.so.7 and therefore should work?
