Yes, LyX is quite nice, but IIRC, there is no (easy) way to put two
spaces after punctuation ending a sentence.  (A pet peeve of mine, in
case you can't tell.)

Also, it's just not as easy to use as a good word processor with styles
and collapsible outlines.
