I installed version 1 and found that I could not print any more, or at least only pages of rubbish. I have had no previous problems. (My printer still works fine with other packages).
I returned to version 0.99.3 which previously worked fine. Now that does not work. I thought, let's delete that version and reinstall (previously I have used --force with the rpm to install new versions whenever clashes have been reported). When I run Abi and do Help/About Abiword I am told that I am using version 0.99.3. So I try to uninstall but I am told that the package is not installed?? These conflicting messages are confusing me. Can anyone tell me how to get rid of Abiword from my computer so that I can install version 1 cleanly? Or am missing something here?
