You see, Dave, I needed only a very slight bit of attention to solve my problem. Yet, the "Format->Paragraph->right-to-left" checkbox is worth looking into, as soon as anyone has the time to do so. I must thank you personally, as well as on behalf of my Arabic-speaking user, who will finally be able to use a word processor like us "lucky few" who are native speakers of languages of the european stock.
