I've installed abiword-gnome-1.0.2 on RedHat7.3 with LPR print_sys, charcode iso-8859-2, with abiwor-fonts installed and other plug-ins.
There are not noticeable errors at abiword startup, document writing or editing. But --- I cannot print a document. Regardless of what type of font I use at document writing, eg. Times New Roman or Arial, or any other font as NORMAL, on a paper print I allways receive some sort of ITALICS. The second problem is, that printed text do not keep charset iso-8859-2, in place of diacritics I receive some rectangles or circles. On the screen everything is OK. So it is probably true to say, that abiword, from one side a famous achievement of the opensource world, from the other side it is still a baby in a delivery with only one leg on our side of the life.
