AbiWord on FreeBSD

I have installed the abisuite-1.0.3-FreeBSD_i386_gtk.tar package into the default directories on an i386/FreeBSD 4.7 system.
gtk-1.2.10_8 is installed.

Can anyone tell me the cause/cure for this problem on running the installed abiword executable?

/usr/libexec/ld-elf.so.1: Shared object "libpsiconv.so.8" not found
