Actually, all you need to know how to use is rpm if you want to be technical. There's no special version of the sources needed to run on Mandrake. Just grab the spec file out of the RedHat RPMs, a recent AbiWord tarball, and then: rpmbuild -bb <tarball> or rpm -bb <tarball> Depending on your version of RPM (4.x vs. 3.x). Yes, it really is that simple. When you're done, email this list or me personally with a link to your RPM and we'll gladly upload it to SourceForge.net along with the rest of our binaries.
