KJD did a win32 tbox, which he stopped not too long ago. There were some implementation issues that needed to be worked out. I apologize for the inconvenience. It will be back online as soon as he can get these problems worked out (like the rest of us, he's extraordinarily busy). I'll try to keep you binary folk posted from time to time (maybe get my win32 cross compilation back up, but that's a low priority for me).
