Debian 3.0 (Woody) comes with AbiWord 1.0.2. I would really like to upgrade to the latest stable version of AbiWord. However, so far I haven't found any .deb for 1.0.4 on the web. Anyone who can help, please?
I tried to use alien on "abiword-gnome-bidi-1.0.4-1.i386.rpm" from abisource.com/download but that resulted in a library (libpng1.2 if I remember correctly) not being found, thus AbiWord could not start.
I know, I could compile from source, but a .deb would be easier (and smaller in download size).
